Main unit sensor amplifier designed for the IV Series vision sensors by KEYENCE. It supports up to 32 programs and 16 detection tools, including shape detection, area, color area, edge pixels, width/height, diameter, edge presence, pitch, position adjustment, high-speed position adjustment (1-axis/2-axis), and OCR (from Ver. R5.00.00). The unit features 6 inputs and 8 outputs, with configurable functions such as external trigger, program switching, error clearing, and more. It offers network capabilities with FTP client, EtherNet/IP™, and PROFINET support. The IV-HG10 operates on 24 VDC ±10% and is constructed with a polycarbonate housing, ensuring durability in industrial environments.
